SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information. After receiving shipment confirmation parcel delivery is estimated at 3-5 business days domestic or 10-15 business days international.

IMPORTANT Please review shipment details and ensure the address entered is correct. We will not be able to make changes after order is submitted.

CUSTOMS Please note that customs and duty fees may apply for international shipments and are not included in our pricing. The customer will be liable to pay custom fees in any destination. We do not hold responsibility for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

We're not liable for parcels missing in the postal network.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Items are eligible for exchange for available stock or store credit when they meet the following:

Items must be in the original condition, not worn or washed

Return package must include the original packaging and all additions

Return shipping charges are not reimbursed and are at customer’s expense. Original shipping cost is also excluded.

Items must be mailed off within 7 days of initial shipping delivery date

Excludes items marked made-to-order. Discounted items are final sale.
